Paramount+ / Navigation

A disproportionate amount of Adult profiles on P+ were watching Kids content. We knew this was likely not Adult users, but rather Kids, and needed a fix to not only better serve viewing needs & behaviors, but to also be compliant with the law.

An added entry point & flow in our Navigation proved extremely successful in getting users into Kids content faster, and resulted in improving our KPI’s for this project. Such as Kids content minutes watched in Adult profiles decreasing, and Kid profiles increasing.
